Wait for an hour before you repeat medicine. Painkillers generally take 30 to 45 minutes to act properly. If still pain persists then you can repeat medicine.
Still have queries then please consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.

Hello,y
Don't ake 2 painkillers at some time.A painkiller takes atleast half HR to act and its effect last around 4-6 hrs.You can take second one adte 4 hrs atleast. Some pain is expected after root canal if there is infection. No need to worry. Not to use that side for chewing until the treatment is over.
Hi.
Any painkiller when taken as a tablet takes at least half an HR to 45 minutes to start working..and its effect lasts for up to 5-6 hrs maximum. Ideally two kinds of painkillers should not be taken together as they can result in side effects with your digestive system. If combiflam is not working..and it's been 3-4 hrs that the tablet has been taken. Then 1 ketorol DT can be taken as your rescue pain killer.
