Do you have any wisdom tooth being erupted. As I can see yo ur lower jaw front teeth seem to be touching the edge of upper front teeth. Basically that means your lower jaw is closing but ahead of what it should because of which your lower teeth are hitting your upper teeth causing that intermittent pain. Though to reach to exact diagnosis a clinical check up is must. An occlusal splint should help you . Still if possible show it to a specialist like prosthodontist to figure it out. Everyone is not trained to see such things.

The tooth looses it's outermost layer and causes any liquid to directly touch the inner surface causing sensitivity. Sometimes can be treated with a simple filling.
