Can we forget to breath
Why do i feel like i will forget to breath and my breathing will stop...I don't have any physical problem is it possible that body will automatically shut down breathing

You have to provide context. However, deep sedation during meditation practices will lower your breath rate and you may forget to breath. That's a natural thing. However automatically it doesn't happen, if you don't remember to breath, your brain will take care of it. So, dont be stressed about this.

Breathing is involuntary.Even if you forget,the system will breathe automatically. So do not worry, it will do its duty.pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
