Can two antidepressants reduce efficacy
Can Taking two antidepressants together reduce others efficacy. I was taking Nexito20 and was 80% alright. Psychiatrist added venla225. My condition became worse than it was. Does it happen? Should Venla be tried after reducing nexito to 10mg?? My doc didn't change any dosage.

What your doc did was right . Some times one can get increased anxiety with a new medicine . No, there is no reduction in efficacy. Only choice of supplemental antidepressant should be right
