Can't understand prescription
Can somebody please tell me how we have to take these medicines? These are the prescriptions of two patients.

1st image: 1) Tab. betnesol forte, it should be taken on saturday and sunday only( 4 tablets) after breakfast, though this is the only thing a bit vague 2) can't read accurately but looking like shelcal, twice a day 3) Calcirol sachet, if you've that capsule take it with water, if you've that different powder thing stir with water and take 4) Tab Pantup, before meal twice a day 5) I don't understand the name of the medicine but it has to be given twice a day 6) Sunscreen 2nd image: 1) Tab. Zerodol TH, it should be taken for a week then when pain comes 2) Tab extraflex GSM, isn't mentioned, usually twice a day 3) Tab myocal its usually once a day 4) Some sachet which isn't mentioned
