Can't sleep in night
I can't not get enough nap in night due to over thinking.  How can I overcome from  this condition ?

You need to reduce stressors in life, focus on more positive things. Try sleep hygiene techniques and if the problem still persists then consult a psychiatrist.

Hello, As I can see that you are an adult 24 years old. If you are having difficulty sleeping at night as a result of overthinking, there can be following reasons for the same: 1. A stressor in life or a life event which is bothering you 2. You may have depressive or anxiety symptoms 3. You may be sleeping more during daytime which is preventing a good sleep at night

Try sleep hygiene ,if it happened for a day Like don't sleep in day Keep fixed sleep and wake timing Keep your room temprerure neither too low nor too high Avoid using gadgets on bed Etc
