Can stretch marks be removed?
Hi Doctor, Can my stretch marks can be removed by applying any cream or ointment ? How can sagginess of stomach can ne reduced?. I had normal delivery. Can you please mention any exercises to reduce my belly. I'm having pain in vaginal part sometimes why?

Stretch marks become less prominent in due course of time. There are different creams available which make them less prominent faster. For Post natal exercises, better to see gynec or physiotherapist in person.

Stretch marks have to be prevented Once formed they r permanent however they fade over a time Sagging of abdomen is normal after delivery . To get back the tone abdominal excercises have to be done I have even tonning centre of mine Basically these r floor excercises like crunches, planks Videos are availble online

Stretch marks r permanent.... They may become less conspicuous overtime but they will not disappear. Refer YouTube there r many post partum exercises to reduce tummy.
