Can not do dieting
I love food,can not control my diet,issue with the regular periods too. started medicines for periods however doctor also told me to reduce weight.

Hi,pls let me know ur weight.you can control ur diet by nt having food that increases weight throughout the week and indulging lil bit at weekends.As for ur periods cause for irregularity shld be diagnosed and treated accordingly.please visit in person so that proper case taking can be done and proper medicines can be prescribed.

PCOD is the probable diagnosis in your case.please get ultrasound done ASAP.avoid outside food and have 2glasses of warm water before sleeping..don't diet but reduce the amount of food to half (1chappati instead of 2) have very light dinner
