Hi...Suddenly from 3 weeks i started excess hair fall.. I changed nothing in my routine except sleep...
earlier i used to sleep at 11.30 and wake up at 7.30... Now i sleep at 11.30 and wakeup at 6.00... Is this this the reason for hairfall???
If yes... Please suggest solution...
