Can I take dashmularishta 1 week post part. Does it contain alcohol which can pass on to baby. Any other side effects

If you have not any problem then do not take any medicine up to 4 , 5 months. Only take healthy diet which is good for you  and baby. If you have not any problem then start any ayurvedic medicine after  6 month of delivery.
