Hello dear as many said playing shuttle post lunch or dinner or heavy snacks are not advisable. But yes it’s always good to take fruits or snacks 30min -1 hour before playing which enhances your body health, stamina, tones skeletal muscles and will minimise post exercise energy loss and body ache etc
Next Steps
Prefer fruit diet oat meal , sandwich like light foods

Eating a large amount of food right before some physical exercise can lead to cramping of muscles and digestive troubles. It can also make you feel sluggish during your game. As a general guideline, you should wait three to four hours after a large meal before engaging in any physical exertion. If you’ve had a small meal or snack, wait a minimum of 30 minutes or preferably one to two hours before going to play.

No ma'am... Not very OK at all. One should not perform any physical exercise/activity immediately after the meals. It can lead to digestive troubles. Atleast 2 hours of gap is necessary.
Health Tips
* Do some basic stretching exercises before you start the game. * Hydrate yourself while playing, for that you can have sips of water in every 15-20 mins.

Thank you for sharing your concern. It's absolutely okay to indulge into a physical activity including active sports like shuttle post a meal consumption (if not a heavy diet) but ideally, you should give your body at least a 30 min time gap to process the diet intake to avoid any kind of cramp in stomach muscles. The meal in your description can be considered a light meal and it won't cause any harm in your physical health.
