Hello. Have a healthy lifestyle. Do 6 rounds of Suryanamaskar at 6 AM. Have a healthy eating habits. Avoid junk and deep fried food. As a home remedy, you can use a pinch of hing along with ajwain and jeera boiled water for drinking purpose. Ginger with salt at the beginning of a meal should help you. You can have a cupfull of hot milk at bed time and include 2 spoons of melted ghee in your breakfast. It should help you feel good and improve your condition. Best luck.
