Full body pain after play
I was playing sports in morning yesterday, football and cricket in the sun. I was very normal until the next morning I found myself unable to move. My body is feeling heavy, whenever I do movements there is body pain just like you get it after the gym, but this time it is on my bones and joints. Can anyone tell me solution for this?

After participating in some kind of strenuous physical activity, particularly something new to your body, it is common to experience body pain...I would suggest you rest your body,take a steam bath,take over the counter analgesics and anti inflammatory medications...try light exercises like walking, swimming etc...if no improvements consult nearest doctors they will do the needful.
