Can i gain weight
I am a 17 year old girl with marfan syndrome also having hypothyroidism (thyronorm 25).mine is a mild case of marfan syndrome and i am physically alright. My dr. Proscribed nothing for the decease and said to lead a normal life. I am trying to gain weight fo past 2 years. I've tried peanut butter, protein powder etc and so many things. Still i am underweight. My height is 180cm and weight is 50 kg.. Can i gain weight? There any way to gain weight for me?

Certainly there are ways which can be tried to help you gain weight. It would have been helpful if you would have posted your investigation report along. Few dietary modification and exercise can be added to gain a healthy weight even in connective tissue disorder like Marfan's.
Next Steps
Along with supplements I would suggest you start sokme aerobic exercise that will increase uptake by muscle and progressively will help muscle grow leading to a healthy weight gain rather than increased fat.

Yes absolutely.. Balanced meals on time(3main meal & 2 snack pattern) with 9hrs sound sleep will help. Go for 4 fitness components tests , try to improve your fitness level and incorporate active lifestyle. Only protein powder(without prescription)cannot help, you need track sleep , regular exercise ,stress factor, nutritious meal and fitness level will surely help

Gud morning pls try to follow a healthy balanced diet with some forms of muscle gaining exercises,proper sleep in night minimum 6-7hrs ,adequate water intake n stress management is also important for maintaining a healthy body weight.
