I am having early oestoarthritis and My physiotherapist is saying that I can do squatting and all the gym exercises. Whom to believe I don't understand Asked to doctors in practo here they are saying to avoid squatting and high impact exercises in gym What should I do ??

Avoid squatting and high impact activites. Kellgren Lawrence grade 1 OA. Initially do quadriceps strengthening exercises and then you may move on to squatting. Take up activities such as cycling or swimming, will yield better results than the gym.
