Can I control my sugar level without med
I have gone through a very stressful situation lately. I just got a few blood tests done and my sugar level is really high. It's averaged 289, 11.7. Is there any way I can avoid medicines? What if I make drastic lifestyle changes?

Hi., I can understand your concern. Your HBA1C levels are high and it denotes diabetes. You can start with a lower dose of medicine with diet and exercise. Try to relax by yoga and physical activities. Get adequate sleep.
