Hello... You are deeply attached to some thought.. You should come out of it.. Listen to pleasant music, do breathing exercise ,sleep at regular time, don't take nap in day time ,avoid coffee ,cold beverage...get up at right time.. Maintain regular pattern..... You will get used to it...
hi, you maybe thinking too much about certain things. drink water sip by sip and when disturbing or anxiety provoking thoughts come try and consciously think about something else or do something that you like. if problem persists visit a psychologist in your area. take care.
Your problem of not being able to sleep will need further evaluation. Just this much information is not sufficient. Although, the best thing would be to meet a psychiatrist for proper assessment and treatment, I can suggest you some tips on sleep hygiene which can help improve your sleep.
1. Do not consume drinks like tea, coffee, cold drink, alcohol about 3-4 hours before sleep (say, after 6pm)
