Hello sir, Your problem of not being able to sleep will need further evaluation. Just this much information is not sufficient. Although, the best thing would be to meet a psychiatrist for proper assessment and treatment, I can suggest you some tips on sleep hygiene which can help improve your sleep.
Next Steps
1. Do not consume drinks like tea, coffee, cold drink, alcohol about 3-4 hours before sleep (say, after 6pm)
