At your age piles and fissure is not causing cancer so don't worry Constipation easily treated by plenty of liquids, salads fruits and regular excercise and occasionally a laxative medicine like cremaffin

Fissures in the anus and hemorrhoids (piles) are common conditions that affect the anal area. While they can cause discomfort and bleeding, they do not directly lead to colon or rectal cancer. Fissures and hemorrhoids are usually the result of straining during bowel movements, constipation, or other factors that cause pressure on the anal area. Colon and rectal cancer, on the other hand, develop from the growth of abnormal cells in the colon or rectum over a long period of time. The exact causes of colorectal cancer are not fully understood, but they can involve a combination of genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors. It's important to note that having fissures or hemorrhoids does not increase your risk of developing colorectal cancer. However, it's always a good idea to pay attention to any changes in your bowel habits or symptoms that persist or worsen over time.

ANY disease if doesn't cure properly then it can cause secondary complication like any thing. Anal fissure is found on the anal area  and If it will not cure properly then it can cause secondary complication like that But rectal or colon cancer is also caused by another factor also You should do biopsy or endoscopy for confirmation of that colon .
Next Steps
Please follow good life style as take plenty of fluid and take less spicy and fatty foods and take fibrous food in the diet.
Health Tips
Keep positive attitude to fight any disease and any problem of your life.
