Calf pains in the night
The calf of my legs pain particularly in the night. As such I never had this problem- until lockdown I was regular in my daily exercise for 1 hour minimum. Lockdown- I do home exercises, light jogging in home for an 20 minute - without shoes. Is that be a reason? Pls suggest some medicine.

It could also be due to deficiency of minerals Take T.Remmag plus 0-0-1 for 15 days Drink plenty of fluids , more fruits and vegetables.

Yes, that might definitely be a reason. But you should check for Vitamin D level. You may have calf pain due to deficiency of vitamin D and Calcium also.

Jogging without shoes doesn't cause pain in calf muscles. It's mostly due to either iron deficiency, over exercises after a long time.

give proper rest, have some muscle relaxant,. for pain u can use ice pack, check CBC
