Calf pain while & after driving car
Hello, from the past couple of months I have been facing leg pain issues (specifically calf pain) while driving my manual car. I have been taking Vit D supplements and also multivitamins but still there's no relief, tried exercises as well but didn't help much. Can any respective Doctors please help me with this issue. Regards.

Looks you have compartment syndrome of leg , it is due to excess prolonged contraction of muscles.
Next Steps
Adjust seat position suitable to avoid excess stress on the leg muscles. Check vit d level in blood to supplement with adequate amount of it. Tab Magnilead LC two tones a day will be effective for cramps.
Health Tips
Consult orthopaedic surgeon
