My daughter is 3years and 8 months old ... She is complaining of calf bone (tibia) pain , alternate legs for weekly 2-3 days ... Pain is not on both the legs at the same time .. when I ask her she touches her tibia bone below her knees.. the pain lasts for 10-15 mins, she cries badly ... Then when I put some oil , she is fine . The pain comes mostly in the evening or late night ... She tells that there is no muscle pain only her bone pains a lot .. what could this be.. is it growth pain ? Or should I see a doctor ?

Mostly due to vit d deficiency. Need to test and examine clinically. Better consult me or any orthopaedic surgeon nearby for better clinical assessment.
