Hi, There is severe calculus formation in your lower front teeth, please visit your dentist and get a scaling done as the main cause for teeth loosening are the local factors (calculus) present, they mainly affect the gums thereby causing bleeding and if ignored for a long time can cause bone loss around the teeth causing slight mobility of teeth
Next Steps
Please visit your dentist and get scaling done every six months
