Minor problems. I will not recommend any special treatment. You may repeat your ultrasound examination after 3 months.

There is inflamation in your descending and sigmoid colon (part of large intestine)due to infection. And 3.3 mm of stone in your left kidney. Need to know your problems in detail.

For kidney stone 1.   Plenty of liquids 2.5 to 3.5 kit in 24 hours 2.   Syp potrate MB 6 10 ml TDS 3.   Avoid calcium supplements and food with high urate content. For stomach pain, provide details like location, character, associated symptoms to comment better. Avoid over the counter pain killers.

There are 2 problems one is kidney stone which is very small so no need to worry just take plenty of water and next is abdomen infection you need to do antibiotic course
