Calcium tablets can be chewed?
Hello! I am 16th week pregnant and I have started taking iron and calcium tablets since last week, i have been given princical tablets everyday after dinner but the tablets are very big i have prob swallowing, so can I chee the tablets adn then swallow with water? Or it will affect my pregnancy, also as the princical has zince and magnesium with it , the other substitiute have been offered was gemcal mom and osteocalcium syrup, but they do not have zince or magnesium in it, also they have added b12 but am alrwady taking livohen which has folic acid and iron, so which would be best princical or gemcal mom or osteocalcium during this period of pregnancy, kindly suggest

You can take either of it. Anything is fine, make sure 500mg of calcium is therz in the intake
