Calcium intake in pregnancy
Currently I am 8 weeks pregnant but not able to digest milk , can you please suggest how to increase intake of calcium from medicine

Dietary preferences can change in pregnancy. You can take other sources of calcium. After 12 weeks you will be advised to take regular iron and calcium supplements. So nothing to worry.

Calcium tablets will be started from 12 weeks. Have alternative sources of calcium in the diet- eggs,sprouts,cottage cheese,curd
