Left leg Calcaneum area has a Sharpe needle like bone coming out which gives acute pain while walking and impossible to run. Any surgeries or any medication that he can take for this. I have an x-ray of the foot, Attached below!

Shortening of Achilles tendon leads to calcification of some bony outgrowth ...But no worry. .No surgery no medications would help at all...Only sports physiotherapist can help u. ..Get the gastrosoleus and Achilles tendon released and taped (kinesiological taping)..
