Pain in top of foot.(lace area)
Hi, I am having pain in top of my foot. Basically the lace area of the foot. It's been a week and pain is not subsiding. It increases when I am sitting on a chair. If foot is at rest, then pain is less.

Are you wearing any tight footwear. Usually physical therapy like little oil massage and hot fomentation will help. But without a proper consult it would be difficult to arrive at a diagnosis.
