Age 35years,suffering from neck pain and stiffness on and off..day by day getting worse.treated with painkillers and vitamins.Now MRi Showing..rt lat herniation of C6C7 intervertebral disc with caudal migration indenting the rt C7 exiting and T1 traversing nerve roots.Is this problem reversible.
