Can I make my baby in upright position after feeding during night feeding in sitting position or i have to walk by taking him in upright position

You don't need to walk.You can burp him in an upright position while sitting down yourself

Hi,
Keep the baby in the erect position for 15-20 min. Sitting or walking doesn’t make difference
