High uric acid level can be a cause of burning sensation in feet and forearm..
Normal uric acid level for female is 2.4 - 6 mg/dL
Also the patient here have very low VitB12 level..
Normal VitB12 level (age 19-55) is 200 - 950pg/ml
Next Steps
6 VitB12 injection, 1 injection/ 2 days.
Take vitC rich food like lemon, orange..
avoid non vegetarian food till uric acid level cames to normal..
