Burning sensation in my head and neck.
Hi Dr Khushali I am unable to concentrate if I try to concentrate I feel burning sensation in my head and neck. Unable to sit and focus near to the PC mind wanders. Sensitive to light and sound

It may be migraine or cervical spondylosis. Also important to rule out other causes. For burning sensation low dose of amitriptyline (10mg) or Pregabaline 75mg is effective. But most important to identify underlying cause of burning sensations for which you need to consult to psychiatrist or neurologist. Physical examination and investigation are required to identify underlying cause.
