Burning sensation in Anal region
Hi Doctors, I have a small pimple like bulge in my perianal region which causes burning and itchy sensation after passing motion. I dont have any struggle while pooping. Motion is normal. But when i get sweat in anal area or after washing the anus, after pooping, and after bath, i get burning sensation. No pain while pressing the bulge. No discharge/pus from the bulge. Only irritation occurs when the area gets moist My family doctor gave Pilex ointment but it did not solve the condition. Attached photo. Pls advise what this problem is.
