Doctors I'm getting burning sensation inside the penis starting and at the top of opening the penis, I have used. I have already used cefonix olx anti biotic course, but no change in that, my all reports are negative(urine culture, jaundice, rotine urine test,), I drink more water but still it's disturbing me, this pain started after fever I masturbated at that time this pain has started , can i use any ointment or powder on that..
Is it common should I leave it like that? Im attaching the pic and tip of the penis please check it and reply me doctor.

As of now please wash the glans area with soap and water, avoid dry touching/masturbating for few days, and dermatology (skin specialist) consultation is advised
As far as possible you should avoid self medication. Most probably you had sexual intercourse with some woman who had multiple sex partners.
Please see if you can pull the foreskin to cover the complete glans penis. You should use xylocaine gel and soframycin ointment local application alternately . Local hygiene has to be observed.
If no relief please consult a Dermatologist in your area.
