Burning sensation at feet sole and knee
There is a burning sensation at my feet sole and a sense of weakness around my knees my weight is 97 kg is age 37 I visited a doctor he advise you blood test and X-rays of my knee and back test reports reveal acute deficiency of Vitamin D and lower level of vitamin B12 doctor advised 2 inject inject medicine into the knees to promote better mobility and flexibility ,pls suggest whether these inj are safe   ? A permanent  solution . He also advise to take medicine for a month please check the prescription advise accordingly I just want to reconfirm. also need better substitute of the  medicine prescribed (by a prominent  manufacturer).i.e alkem , pfizer , sunpharma , divis , etc

Vitamin injections and tablets are helpful. Once Arthritis sets in there is no permanent cure apart from replacement on this earth though many claim cartilage synthesis grafting works which is a lie and only in experimental stages. Post the xrays and will tell you what to do. Injections either viscosupplements or steroid ones are temporary solutions. Physiotherapy and weight reduction are very helpful depending on stage of Arthritis
