My mother experience burning in throat, she feel like that she has pimple inside throat. She is unable to swallow saliva.

You didn’t mention the age of your mother . Any h/o diabetes , duration and any other associated problems.
Still with limited history it appears to be a case of acute pharyngitis
Adv: a course of broad spectrum antibiotic , anti inflammatory drugs, anti allergic tab and betadine gargle
