Avoid eating spicy food and chilly intake. Drink lots of water and consume bland and high fibre diet. It is not safe to use nycil powder. It may cause eczema there . You can try using Lox 2 % jelly and annovate cream. If any bleeding is there during or after passing stools, consult a nearby surgeon .
