Burning after urination without uti
Namasthe sir / madam,
I am feeling very anxious regarding the burning after urination some times even after drinking 2 litres water per day . I underwent all the tests and I'm attaching my reports here. Some times pain is coming after ejaculation also . I'm 28 years old and I underwent kidney stone surgery before 3 years and after that only I'm observing these symptoms frequently. If I Google the issue it is saying prostatitis and some times it is saying aids. I'm very much worried kindly help me pls 🙏

Your urine ph is acidic, and this can be due to kidney stones or some other reason as well. Do you have any current ultrasound reports or if you don't then I would suggest you to have it done.

Your all reports are normal. If you already taking medicine then along with medicine avoid garm tasir food and fruits and coffee and tea.

Your urine re report shows a pus cell of 3-5 . slight burning can be due to this. You can take brihatyadi kashaya and chandraprabhavati 1 - 0 - 1 along with kashaya.

Reports does not show any significant abnormalities...
Burning micturition other than uti and stone can be seen in other conditions as well.
Need detail history along with your life style.
Most probably it's due to the kaph and pitta disbalance..
