From last 1months I m suffering from so many problems first hemoglobin deficiency second breathing problem while I used to sleep sometimes, weeks ago feet buring and buring in urine part after urinating and buring in stool also.. hyperacidity gas and constipation problem

Hello dear, good evening. As far as burning sensation is concerned while passing urine , you might be suffering from ∆UTI ( Urinary tract infection ). Breathing problem may be associated with the deficiency of iron leading to lower amount of oxygen carrying haemoglobin.
