  4. Bumps in throat, tightness in neck.

Bumps in throat, tightness in neck
I am observing small little bumps on back of my throat which are reddish in color. Also sometimes i feel tightness in the throat. There is no problem with the swallowing and breathing. No pain while swallowing. I am afraid of is it a cancer or something?

Hi I think you are suffering from granular pharyngitis
Next Steps
start warm salt water gargles,avoid spicy and cold foodstuffs .if it persists then visit an ent specialist doctor. regards
