If the swelling burst with blood and pus it is most likely abscess. Take:- Tab O2 twice daily for 5 days after meals Tab Zerodol SP twice daily for 5days after meals Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals Apply Metrohex DG gel thrice daily for 7 days Warm saline rinses between meals Clohex mouthwash twice daily for 14 days ☆☆☆If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead Moxikind CV 625mg

As swelling is near root region of your teeth, it's mostly an abcess which can be confirmed wth x ray..you can have a course of antibiotic n painkiller.. Augumentin 625 mg twice daily for 5 days, tab metrogyl 400 mg for twice daily after food, tab pan 40 before food in morning..

Hello. Good morning. There could be a cavity or problem related to the tooth near it. We need to make x-ray to find out which tooth it is and what could be the reason of swelling. Do you have pain??Has the swelling increased ?? Has it extended to the lips ? Please send pictures of the swelling on personal chat so I can help you.
Next Steps
We need to start with antibiotics and painkillers if there is pain. Meanwhile you need to continue with warm water gargles and ice application from outside in that region if the swelling has increased
Health Tips
Be careful do not apply anything on the swelling
