Mixed intensity heterogenous lesson measuring 40*34 mm is seen in the right adnexa abutting the cervix of uterus probably subserosal in location. right ovary 35*21 mm normal.
Left ovary 42*25 mm normal with few small follicles/cysts. one of the cyst in left ovary shows fluid fluid levels and it measures about 32*27 mm minimal free fluid seen in pelvis.
no obvious pelvic lymphadenopathy.
