Bulky uterus with submucosal fibroid
My mother's uterus size is 127mm×57mm×80mm . Myometrium is homogeneous.large submucosal fibroid (53.6mm×37.9mm)is seen in anterior myometrium , causing mild distension of the cavity and abutting the Endometrium prosteriorly. Endometrium thickness is 7.1 mm . Is it possible to fix it without any surgery? She is suffering bleeding all time and extreme pain & sometimes light to no pain but bleeding continue happen. She is also taken medications which is given by her gynecologist . But she bleed continue and her fibroid size increase from before . Medicines she took - (1) Drotin M , (2) Utilas 5 , (3) fe f2 tablet , (4) Pause MF , (5) Zest AZ capsule
