Can a bulging disc be reverted back to its original form? I have been having sciatica for a five weeks now.
I have a L4-5 bulge which is causing mild indentation of the lateral recesses. To be noted, all the inter vertebral discs are normal in shape and size. (As per MRI report)
When can I start back running and bending forwards?
The MRI is attached in the question.
Thank you.

Don’t worry on MRI films there is not much lateral recess stenosis. You can start your daily routine if pain is less.slowly start bending and walking then running
