Bulging disc
Can a bulging disc be reverted back to its original form? I have been having sciatica for a five weeks now. I have a L4-5 bulge which is causing mild indentation of the lateral recesses. To be noted, all the inter vertebral discs are normal in shape and size. (As per MRI report) When can I start back running and bending forwards? The MRI is attached in the question. Thank you.
