Bruise Stiffness
After faiding of bruise, my upper skin and muscle seems to be stiff and rubbery. Also, if I stretch or go upstairs I always get a feeling of slight itching or some minor discomfort like I got injury there. Will these issues go away in few weeks or I need to use some cream or oil or hot compress or I need to contact orthopaedics?

Kindly rub the area with Ointment used generally at Home (Moov/Volini). Hot compress works if it is relatively new bruise.
Next Steps
Nothing to worry.
