Hello !! This is looks like oral melanotic pigmentation. This is caused by melanin deposition on the oral mucosa. This is harmless don't worry about it. Please monitoring the site. Its sometimes caused by mainly genetics or sometimes smoking habits. If you have smoking habits, please stop it. This is benign and harmless. Please monitoring this regularly, If any changes on it, then need it medical attention.
