So i have noticed a whitish spot on some pimple(yellow circle in picture one) in my left inner cheek, and also the area near the end turning brownish(red circle), why is it happening? M i having fungal infection?
I have wisdom tooth on left side since a year, this never happened..
2nd pic is attached image of right inner cheek.
My right buccal mucosa also has brownish spot,
I dont smoke, eat tobaco or drink much..
In right side both the wisdom tooth are impacted hence dentist said to extract them which i will. But m worried about these brown spots, it initially started in right side, now same happening in left side too..
Please advice

Seeing the images the white spot may be due to friction of teeth and black pigmentation on cheek is also looks normal..but u have a small root piece of milk teeth over retained between upper right second premolar and molar palatally..u get that root piece removed
