Brown patches below arms
I see some brown patches developed below underarms on the side, it looks patchy only in terms of colour other no different then rest of the skin , not itchy as well

It's fungus pityriasis versicolor..it will go with medicine... for accurate diagnosis and treatment do direct online consultation
