Brown Spots On penis head (glans)
I have observed some brown spots on my penis head for the past 2 to 3 months and they have grown in size, there is no itching or any other symptoms at all without any pain. After some research I understand that this is closely related to penile melanosis. Usually when I press or scratch the spots they tend to darken. I want to understand what needs to be done because this makes me feel uncomfortable and effects mentally. However important to mentions that there has been no change in me at all health wise. Please advise what should I do. There are only two patches on the top portion that's it but it is concerning. I'm using Sonaderm NM I thought that might help but no change at all.

This usually due to melanin low secretion to that part, generally harmless. Take dry ginger 25 GM , fried in 100 ml olive oil for 15 minutes, restrain it and put this oil in glass bottle, apply this oil at affected part at bed time with little massage for 2 months. Hope get rid from the problem.
