Hello,
I had brown discharge with clots 10 days before periods since last 2 months , with vaginal itching , last month i was on tab progesterone- for fertility, this month not on any medications still i m having brown discharge my period date is 4/06/2024

Bleeding or spotting before 21 days is not normal
So the brown discharge with clots which happened 10 days before your periods was not normal
You need investigations to find out the reason
Itching is a sign of infection you need to be examined
