Whenever we eat a portion of food remains adhered to the area of the tooth adjacent to the gums which forms a whitish layer initially and is referred to as Microfilm. The microfilm with the passage of time gets converted into a more adherent layer which cannot be easily removed and is referred to as plaque. Ineffective brushing and wrong brushing techniques both compile to become the causative factors of non removal of plaque which subsequently changes into a more solidified structure. Subsequent non removal of plaque within time span of 2 to 3 days leads to its solidification. This certified layer of plaque is called calculus. The calculus can generally be divided into two types supragingival calculus and subgingival calculus. The calculus which is formed on the surface of the tooth above the gums is called supragingival calculus and is generally yellowish in colour. The calculus which is formed beneath the gums is called subgingival calculus and is usually brownish or green in colour. The thing that is present on the inner aspect of the lower teeth is supragingival calculus which can be seen in the pic which you have posted as a reference. Whenever the calculus exceeds a certain amount then it usually chips off from the tooth surface. The thing which was used as a broken part of your tooth was actually the calculus.
Next Steps
As per your query you must undergo an ultrasonic scaling procedure which can be  performed in the second trimester as it is considered the safest period of pregnancy in which treatments like scaling can be initiated
Health Tips
Brush twice a day Do proper flossing Use some mouthwash

It's a portion of calculus (due to food lodgement followed by improper brushing a hard structure is formed) which was chipped off. Not your tooth portion. Brush 2 times/day, after food. Use dental floss regularly. Need to look into proper brushing technique, so that no surfaces of teeth gets neglected while brushing. If any irritation,  Luke warm water Salt gargle, a few time throughout the day.salt should be avoided if your blood pressure is high. Mouth wash: orahex pro,  5-10 drops,  take raw in mouth,  hold for 2-3 minutes and spit out,  do not swallow. Do not eat drink or rinse mouth for next half an hour. Use mouth wash once every 2 days, after meal.
Next Steps
4th,5th and 6rh month are safest period of pregnancy. so,  get scaling done by nearby available dentist
Health Tips
do not neglect. The calculus should be removed. or the teeth will gradually become weak irreversibly. stay safe.

Hello ma’am, No need to worry, that broken/lost thing is not your tooth. It’s just a piece of whiteish yellow plaque, accumulated on back side of your lower front teeth. Plaque is basically food debris which accumulated mostly back side of the front teeth and becomes hard over the period of time. It will not affect your pregnancy. * If you do not have any pain or sensitivity then •It not require any immediate treatment. •No need of medication. •Just try to clean your mouth... brush twice a day •Use Mouthwash *If you have pain or sensitivity •For pain Take only Tablet Peracitamol
Next Steps
Consult your Dentist and get your Teeth to be cleaned under the supervision of your Gynaecologist
Health Tips
First 3 months of pregnancy are very delicate if possible Get your teeth cleaning done after 3 months

Looking at the picture you have sent, it doesn’t seem like a part of your tooth is broken. It looks more like a piece of calculus( white tooth like hard substance) which has accumulated over your teeth has come off. It doesn’t seem like something that needs immediate attention. Having plaque and calculus is not healthy In general and during pregnancy specifically. But to be doubly sure, consult with a dentist over the phone and send photographs of that area so you can get a more confirmed diagnosis.
Next Steps
Maintain better oral hygiene. Visit a dentist once clinics open and get a professional cleaning if all teeth done

The history of the problem is not proper and the picture is not very clear nothing is visible. But during first trimister its  not the right time to undergo any invasive treatments like root canal treatments extarctions etc( until unless its an emergency).so If there is no pain you can prolong it and undergo any treatment during 2nd trimester. But right now visit a dentist and findout whats the problem if its  a simple filling of cavity or scaling you can undergo the treatment now itself so that it wont get complicated( only after dentist thinks its safe considering your condition)
Next Steps
Antibiotics are used only for invasive treatments and dentists prescribe only safe drugs during pregnancy so use any medicine after consulting a dentist.
Health Tips
1.get it checked with a dentist and findout whats the problem is first? 2.consult me in my personal chat box with clear pictures and history for proper understanding of the problem and explanation on how to proceed further.
